Our practice includes divorce, distribution of property and assets, spousal support/alimony, child support and custody/parenting time.  We also handle prenuptial, marital and separation agreements and issues stemming from such agreements.  We also represent clients in need of protection from abuse/domestic violence.

We are extremely sensitive to the stressful circumstances brought on by divorce or separation.  While our preferred approach is collaborative, if need be, we are ready to litigate in court.   We also will provide representation and guidance to clients, who choose to participate in mediation, arbitration or other types of collaborative dispute proceedings.  At all times, we will provide diligent and efficient representation to all of our clients.
