Randy S. Metz, Esq.
Randy Scott Metz is a trial attorney with over 20 years of experience in complex civil litigation across both state and federal courts. Throughout his career, Randy has successfully litigated numerous civil jury and bench trials, achieving favorable verdicts, and has managed countless arbitrations and mediations. His experience also includes presenting oral arguments before the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Appellate Division, and the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Pennsylvania's Appellate Division.
Randy has further honed his expertise by serving as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas (C.C.P.) in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, where he gained deep insights into trial procedures and civil litigation practices.
In addition to his trial work, Randy’s business and corporate law practice spans a broad spectrum of legal matters. He represents both individual and corporate clients in high-value residential and commercial real estate transactions in Colorado and other jurisdictions throughout the United States as well as internationally. His practice also covers business and corporate law, including contract negotiations, LLC formation, operating agreements, and regulatory compliance. Furthermore, Randy handles a diverse range of commercial and corporate issues, tailoring his legal strategy to the specific needs of his clients.
Throughout his career, Randy has advised and represented individual and corporate clients on a wide array of civil matters, including plaintiff’s personal injury, defense of third-party personal injury claims (including insurance companies and their insureds), product liability, commercial disputes, breach of contract, indemnification, employment law, governmental immunity, business law, contract law, entity formation, and commercial and residential real estate transactions.

When not practicing law, Randy enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, uphill and downhill skiing, and snowboarding.
Randy has also contributed his time to the LL.M. in Trial Advocacy program at Temple Law School and has been recognized as a member of the Russell H. Conwell Society for the 2014-15 academic year.
